So, here I am in my new room in Indy. I must say, I've been here for seven and a half hours, and it's growing on me. I miss Pine and I miss my kitchen, but I guess this will do for the meanwhile. I can't say I'm hurting for space, but I'm hurting for sleep, and just looking at the schedule in my current exhausted state makes me want to cry. I will prevail, however, and not die from exhaustion until after my residents are moved in and happily going to classes. Then, suddenly, weeks later, a resident or friend will find me lying dead in my room, half eaten by an Alsatian. Don't ask me how the dog got there, but he did, and he's gonna eat me. I just know it.
I'm lonely. There's not work people or friends or family to bother, and everyone else is just as tired as I am and not in the mood to be nice. What I need is a nice trip to Alec to buy some curtain sheers for my windows so I can get light in my room without everyone staring at me all damn day.
I had a resident today! For a whole hour! But then he moved to the fourth floor. The football guys are here for a camp and they're all up there.
Anyway, I have "required reading" to do, so I guess I'd best get cracking...all I want to do is sleep, though...

Hey Dana, just hang in there your a tough girl and I know you will make it through. Like I have said before a million times your going to make an incredible RA. And if any of your residents give you problems they shall face the wrath of the YAK SEMEN CANNON!!!Or Pat and I can pummel them, but I am confident in your ability to deal with them on your own;)But if you ever need someone to bother the ole vanilla gorilla is around.
Dana! You can come visit me if you're lonely or bored...i'm in D4 at *6566! You still have to be in band with me, though....who else could rock the contrabass??
Indy? Freaking Indy?
Hey hun... hope everything is going good. I miss you already!
I know John...freaking Indy. But I deal. It's not as bad as Gay, at least.
